Many Countries Set New Historical Temperature Records:

Spain: Experiencing its hottest June since 1950, over 100 weather stations across the country recorded temperatures of 40 degrees Celsius or higher on June 22nd, with temperatures exceeding 45 degrees Celsius in the southern province of Jaén.
